Pricing for projects is contingent upon many factors including the complexity of your website. Together we will consider the amount of content, the number of graphics and your long term maintenance needs. The timeline for completion of websites is dependent on the size and intricacy of the site, graphic designs and the number of conceptual designs for site.

Here are a few tips on how you can keep your costs down:

• Provide ideas for the design of your site [for example, if you already have a logo, it could provide inspiration for the design]
• Communicate often throughout the design process
• Organize content so you know what you want to convey on your site
• Proofread all text for every page including contact information
• Supply logos and/or images

Final costs are determined primarily by:

• The number of changes you require during process [for example, changing the look and feel of your site's design after coding has been completed will be reflected in a higher cost]
• Online forms or applications for the site that requires more coding
• The number of design concepts you require
• The overall size of site
• Rush jobs

Clients are expected to remit 50% of the estimated cost of the job after signing contract, with the balance due upon completion of project.
